is giving up about to knock you down?


  1. Keep breathing. Be alive. Do not let suicide come in your mind. Everything is possible, you can do anything, you still have the chance if you are still alive. Do not let those past failures and those crazy haters to be the reason for you to end your life. Soon you will see the reason behind your existence.
  2. Love yourself. If you love yourself, you will be kind and caring. You will not let your body, mind and health be disturbed whatever disaster comes in your life. Remember, things happen for a reason. One day you’ll say, Oh! Now I know why those happened.
  3. Lower your expectations. You will not be Mr. Successful that you dream to be in just a day, or in just a year. Everything takes time. Do not be in a rush and remember to have SMART ( Specific. Measureable. Attainable. Realistic. Time bounded. ) goals.
  4. Be strong. You do not know how strong you are. You have an unbelievable strength within you that you do not know yet. Be strong, and you will get through all this.
  5. Relax. Obviously, this helps a lot. Try to read a nice book, to watch a movie, or to sleep.
  6. Be persistent. When things get tough keep on moving, if you really want something nothing could be the reason for you to quit pursuing your dreams.
  7. Stop comparing. You may get motivation from others, but never compare yourselves with them. Their paths are different. Their stories are different and you do not know their real story. Surely, They reached whatever they have now with episodes of difficulties also. 
  8. Expect falling down. If you expect that falling down is part of this game. Then once you encounter it, it will not be that hard for you. Expect it will come. Usually when things are about to be accomplished it is when the road becomes tough. Expect it. Rather give up, jump if you have to.
  9. Find a good company. Be with friends that will make you happy, rather than those people that will just make you more stressful. Be with a good company, your family or best friends will surely help you forget the stress.
  10. Believe. Believe that you can, believe in God, believe that you are strong, believe that you wonderful. Believe.
